Servicing and Support
Upon purchase, simply register your local bike service company with us, and Eevo will contact them to provide service support and warrant the supply of parts.
Warranty Conditions
- This warranty applies to normal usage only and is non-transferable.
- Warranty coverage is void if the bike has been involved in an accident.
- Proof of servicing every 6 months by an approved service provider is required to maintain warranty validity.

Our bikes are shipped directly to a reputable bike servicing agent for assembly, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Once assembled, you can pick up your brand-new e-bike, ready to ride. This service is included in the delivery price for your convenience.

- No riders under 16 – We recommend riders are over the age of 16 to ride unaccompanied.
- Ride at your own risk – Every rider is responsible for their own safety while operating an Eevo e-bike.
- Know the road laws – Before riding, familiarise yourself with the e-bike regulations in your state to ensure compliance.
